Phi Cassiopeiae.
An average of 69 frames from a video taken with a SAC-IV QuickCam based CCD camera mounted on a 203.2mm f/6.3 Meade LX200 Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope at 11:55 PM on September 28, 2002 in Ellenville, NY. Phi Cassiopeiae (34 Cassiopeiae, SAO22191 and SAO22187) is a double star with magnitudes of 5.0 and 7.0 and a separation of 134 arc seconds. A dark frame was subtracted from each of the frames and they were aligned and averaged using Keith's Image Staker on my 600MHz iBook.
