The Trapezium.
An average of an unrecorded number of frames from a video taken with a SAC-IV QuickCam based CCD camera mounted on a 203.2mm f/6.3 Meade LX200 Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope at 1:44 AM on October 20, 2002 in Ellenville, NY. The Trapezium is a multiple star of which four components are visible in this image. It lies in the heart of the Orion Nebula. A dark frame was subtracted from each of the frames and they were aligned and averaged using Keith's Image Staker on my 600MHz iBook.
