Beta Monocerotis

Beta Monocerotis.

An average of 5 frames from a video taken with a SAC-IV QuickCam based CCD camera mounted on a 203.2mm f/6.3 Meade LX200 Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope with a Meade Series 4000 x2 barlow at 9:56 PM on January 11, 2003 in New York, NY. Beta Monocerotis (11 Monocerotis, SAO133316, SAO133317) is a double star with magnitudes of 4.6 and 5.4 and a separation of 7.1 arc seconds. A dark frame was subtracted from each of the frames and they were aligned and averaged using Keith's Image Staker on my 600MHz iBook.
