Jupiter.

Clock driven eyepeice projection photo taken with a Minolta SR-T101 camera mounted on a 203.2mm Meade LX200 Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope f/6.3 with a 6.4mm Meade Series 4000 Super Plössl eyepeice for an effective focal ratio of about f/115 (a focal length of about 23300mm)using Seattle Film Works 400 ASA film with an exposure of 1/4 second at 1:28 AM on October 12, 1999 in New York City, NY. The seeing on this particular night was pretty good for New York, but not good enough for this sort of magnification. The moon to the right of Jupiter is Europa.
