Dumbell Nebula (M27).

Manually guided (piggyback mounted Meade ETX90 with 9mm reticle eyepiece) prime focus photo taken with a Minolta SR-T101 camera mounted on a 203.2mm Meade LX200 Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope f/6.3using Kodak Royal Gold 100 ASA film with an exposure of 15 minutes at 10:42 PM EDT on September 8, 2001 in Ellenville, NY. This is my second manually guided exposure. The film shows poor blue and green response at this exposure, hence the nebula appears red in this photo.
