SAC-IV Waning Lunar Crescent Mosaic.

Images from videos taken with a SAC-IV QuickCam based CCD camera mounted on an 203.2mm Meade LX200 Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope f/6.3 at about 4:38 AM on July 26, 2003 in Ellenville, NY. Each of the frames of 5 individual captures was aligned and averaged using Keith's Image Staker. The resulting images were registered in Adobe Photoshop 7 running on a 600 MHz iBook running Mac OS X 10.2.6. To see the full size mosaic (JPEG-72 kB) click here. The gain and shutter were set to manual so that the exposures would be consistent.
